Dairy Queen - Kindersley

Unfortunately this Dairy Queen has always been the go to Dairy Queen today was a bummer, we got there at 1240pm and the fries and gravy were hot and fresh but the burgers were just warm at best at the end COLD

Stopped in while traveling across Canada, to receive extremely overcooked chicken strips onion rings and my husbands burger was dry as well. His poutine was soggy cold fries, covered in gravy and a very small amount of cheese . Eating area seemed okay, but we were sad to discover filthy washrooms, overflowing garbages and rancid ketchup packages.Not busy, a virtually empty restaurant now we know why but the staff were just standing around talking instead of cleaning up this dump. Very disappointing certainly NOT up to Dairy Queen's standards. Inspection required ! zero stars.

Horrible customer service. The girl working was extremely rude. I wanted a medium fries to share and when i placed the order the girl working didn’t say anything. Then she starts calling for a small fries. 10 minutes pass and she tells us they don’t have a medium fries. She gives us the small and they were cold by the time we got them. Would of been nice to know before we payed.

By our Calgry journey. was happy with our eating a small hiccup with my poutia, but they were happy to fix the problem would stop here again!

From saskatoon. shop in comparison to those in saskatoon of cleanliness...a zero. outside you have to paint badly...bathrooms were dirty. but had worked toilet paper, running water and toilets. that said you blown away tim hortons on the opposite side of the road. they had no water to wash their hands....Blow driers didn't work and were dirty. but dq was friendly and our shakes were what we expected. tim's employees were rude and didn't speak English. hard to communicate!
