Boston Pizza - Kindersley

I waited for over half an hour at a table in the bar and the wait staff never came over to ask me if I wanted a drink or menu or anything. Yes it was busy, but that is no excuse to not check in with a patron. This is the second time this had happened at this location. Like last time I just left and went to eat else where. Never, ever going back there!

Travelling through Kindersley last week. Thought I would call ahead and order a pizza and wings to go. No problem with ordering but was told they would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. I informed the girl on the phone I was 30-40 minutes away still. Her reply was then they will be ready. Stopped to pick up my order and it took what felt like at least 10 minutes to get someone to take my money and bring my order which was a medium 2 topping pizza and single order of hot wings. I ate about half of what was the worst pizza I have had in a long time as it was dried out and cold. Wings were also way over done and dry. All of this for $50. Probably my last stop at this Boston Pizza.

Amazing group of girls there. Made my birthday weekend amazing start . Food was amazing... great company, love it...

Was told I had too many drinks when I aspired to purchase more food.... What a joke Jim Treliving would not be proud,.....

We were on our way home from a long trip to bc and my husband had a hankering for wings. BP’s, although has failed us in the past, we know they usually deliver pretty good on the wings....... well... between the waiting/service/ drinks and eats... nothing was even satisfactory. We first we waited in the hostess area (BP’s usually seats you no one for a good 5 minutes... than went to the restaurant side, waited 7 minutes without even a “hey I’ll be right with you” (oh ya, AND the manager with the sweaty pits walked by us... did not acknowledge us though .. THAN decided to go to bar side thinking someone might be there to help us out... 15 MINUTES LATER the waitress comes... we actually had JUST stood up to walk out, but the hubby was hungry and so we gave them a final chance, we ordered two drinks and two flavours of wings... Worst Caesar ever...sorry but it’s true. We got our wings (waitress went for a break or something, so manager brought them... yup the one with sweaty pits
