Hilltown Hot Pies Katchkie Farm (pop-up)

Hands down, the best pizza in the Hudson Valley can be found at Hilltown Hot Pies. Their sourdough crust is exceptional, reminiscent of the pies at Ops in Brooklyn. The atmosphere at Katchie Farm is stunning - there's nothing quite like eating mouth-watering pizza on a picturesque farm. I wish summer could last forever so I could indulge in their pizzas as often as possible. Kudos to Hilltown Hot Pies for their new mobile oven - I can't wait to see where their success takes them next.

The pizza is excellent, the location is beautiful, and overall it is a great experience.

I recently visited a restaurant on a beautiful farm and had some of the most delicious and unique pizza I've ever tasted. I ordered the margherita pizza and my partner tried the Peach recipe - both made fresh in a stone oven. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we were encouraged to come back again. The tables were spaced apart and sanitizing spray was available. We're looking forward to returning soon!

Best pies around and very creative. Their method of order-and-pay-ahead is not fail proof so be prepared to wait up to an hour for your pizzas. And if you show up late they will have given your pies to another (they supposedly don’t hold up...though I bring extras home for the next day and no problem) whatever.
