I waited 15 minutes for a soup and sandwich with no other customers ahead of me! This was absolutely disappointing. There were 6 people working and the service was still slow.

The service at Tim Horton's was very slow and our order was not correct. We were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant.

Today, I visited this establishment and ordered a hot steeped tea, but received a cold version instead. Additionally, the management seemed to be lacking.

Ordered steep tea on drive through. Tea was cold/not fresh, and did not taste like steeped tea but regular tea made with tea bag.
