10 Bridge Street - Killorglin

Beautiful setting. An old church converted to a restaurant. Web been here a few times and the food is nice. Pretty expensive for what you are getting. I don't mind paying the extra bit because the atmosphere is so lovely. The service is just fabulous, the server saw we hadn't finished a dish and asked if we liked it, we didnt say we didn't like it, just that we prefered the others. The manager came to our table, apologised that the dish was a bit bland and didn't charge us for it. Now they went above and beyond for us! Excellent experience!

We celebrated a Holy Communion here recently. The food was lovely and beautifully presented. The service and attention was fantastic. We'd highly recommend Sol y Sombra.
