Geechie's Southern Style - Killeen

Don't waist your time, came to support a mom and pop restaurant but they don't want to be a restaurant they want to be a drive thru. No indoor eating they have changed to to-go orders only. Oh well so much for first impressions.

It's been a little while since I had Geechie's, but I needed to give this review. My sister ordered catering from them while I was visiting Harker Heights. I have not stopped thinking about the Shrimp Grits. Everything we had was amazing, but the shrimp grits were ?. it was the first time I had grits. The grits on their own were sooo good too. I live in Pittsburgh. I've tried making it, and nope, bad idea. Now, Ill be heading to a local place in Pittsburgh to see how theirs is....but Im doubtful it'll be as tasty or satisfy my Geechies craving.
