Firehouse Subs Killeen

I've always been a huge fan of Firehouse Subs—Subway doesn't even compare. Their sandwiches are incredibly tender and flavorful, made with fresh ingredients and served on soft bread that has just the right amount of crunch. Yesterday, my wife tried half of my sandwich for the first time and absolutely loved it! It's now one of our go-to choices for a weekday date night.

The customer service here is exceptional. The sandwiches are made to perfection. The best part is that she remembers our usual orders every time we visit, even if there's a long gap between our visits. I absolutely love this place!

First of all, the restaurant doesn't seem very inviting because of the open sign outside, and half of the tables inside are empty. I always order the meatballs when I visit a new place, and I was not disappointed this time. The customer service was excellent, and the food was great. If it looks closed, don't hesitate to try the door—you won't regret it. I’ll definitely be back!

What a fantastic start to the new year at this location! It has the wonderful aroma of a top-notch sandwich shop. It was the cleanest and friendliest place I've seen in the past three years, and the service was incredibly fast! My sandwich was served piping hot! Manager Jeremiah even took the time to introduce himself and show me how to use the app for my future visits. He also assisted his employees at the register with my rewards and helped customize my sandwich. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming! I will definitely be coming back more often!
