Dairy Queen Store - Killeen

I ordered two mini blizzards. Both blizzards were not mixed. Halfway through the Blizzard was all I had, Vanilleeis, which was super disappointing.

The worst Dairy Queen. I ordered DQ using UberEATS. Well, after 45 minutes my food arrived and of course I was shorted a Hunger Buster. So after a few minutes I cooled off and decided to call DQ. The young guy I spoke with was nice and helpful. He took my information and said I could come get my burger....I ORDERED UBER TO AVOID GETTING OUT... so he said no problem...get it tomorrow. Cool. Next day. Can you guess? The GM of the store proceeds to tell me there was no information about a missing burger. Then she said there was no young guy working last night. NOW you've got my blood pressure up. Are you serious?? That's embarrassing for Dairy Queen. YOU OWE ME A BURGER. Pay up!

Tonight I ordered a cookie dough blizzard added health m&m and cheesecake with no chocolate syrup. The ladies working gave me straight up chocolate ice cream with nothing in it. Wasn't going to say anything about them forgetting no chocolate syrup in my blizzard so we drove off and said thank you. Didn't realize until we were half way home that they literally put nothing else in it and charged us for all the extra toppings. Thank you for the $8.99 chocolate ice cream. This service has gone way down lately and will not go back

Ordered a caramel sundae and it came with two hairs. I went around again and they gave me another one with no hairs lol

Enjoyed an awesome afternoon with a date night with my better half ,service was good,time spent a dairy queen was enjoyable .
