Chuck E. Cheese - Killeen

5 stars!! My family and I came in on a Friday around lunch time and I was honestly expecting the worst...However, I was pleasantly surprised!!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful!!!! Very attentive and the place was super clean! I was shocked! The food was delicious, the games all worked and all the children around us were very well behaved! The Killeen Texas Chuck E Cheese is the cleanest, nicest, most amazing one we have ever been to. The staff was so happy and helpful. The manager on shift Jocelyn was amazing, she helped make our son's birthday a day to remember. We will definitely be back!

Took our boy during the day for his birthday wasn't crowded at all so he was able to play everything no waits. Food was good. One of the staff members was very nice I believe he was also the one who dressed up as Chuck E. He did a nice job. Overall great time for my boys first time.

Me and my family really enjoyed our grandson's birthday party. Our hostess, Jazzy, was the very best. My only complaint is the intercom system. None of our guests throughout the play could hear any of the announcements concerning our party activities.

A great one for children to burn energy for hours! The pizza is pretty good. Some of the games do not work, and you often know only after you have sworn your card. The place must also be cleaned a little more thoroughly. The last time I was there (two weeks ago), the person disappeared at the door and nobody knew where to go. So there were so many people waiting to come or order food that she was spilled out. After a while, people decided to come in because it was clear that he didn't come back. I like that they have someone at the door with the stamp because it gives me the spirit that they make sure that a random person does not go out with your child. I always follow my five-year-old all the time, but it still helps to know that they work to prevent this because you just never know!
