Arby's - Killeen

I have never had a negative experience at an Arby's until today. I visited the location in Killeen and ordered chicken tenders with curly fries, upsizing my meal. Unfortunately, the fries were overly cooked and not enjoyable, while the chicken tenders were tough and difficult to eat. This was a disappointing lunch experience, with the only positive being the sweet tea. Arby's should improve the quality of their food, as the chicken tenders even caused damage to my mouth.

In recent months, this restaurant has declined in quality. Twice out of the last three visits, I was informed that their system was not working or they were only accepting cash. Every time we have stopped by, the workers have been outside in the back socializing with others while wearing headsets. It appears that the employees are no longer motivated to work. Tonight was our final attempt to get food there.

I had a great experience at this restaurant, especially with the staff that was working that night. My go-to dish is the Reuben sandwich with crinkle fries. I really enjoyed how the fries were hot and salty, it was a perfect combination.

My order wasn’t right at all and it took forever for someone to even take the order. Also, I tried to call multiple times to let them know about my order and the phone was busy until they closed.

I had a chicken burger well you can say I had a bread sandwich the chicken was so small and dry not worth going again just sorry the fries the fries restaurant called old and hard ?
