Roma Cafe - Kilkenny

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the location was perfect, and the prices were fair. While I can't compare it to other restaurants in the area since I'm not a local, I will definitely return to Roma when I visit Kilkenny again.
