Domino's Pizza - Kilkenny

Excellent service and food. Ordered over the phone for delivery. Liam took my order. Liam has excellent customer service, a pleasure to deal with over the phone, took the time to help me with the order. Domino's are lucky to have him, a valuable staff member. Order delivered on time, food excellent.

The missing star is for the fact they don't take cash. If their is a problem with the card machine they just close, which in business is madness. Not everyone has a credit card. I'm not saying delivery's, only collection at the store.

Ordered garlic bread and margarita at 3.58pm, went to collect at 4.20pm but not ready even though received text states ready in 8min at 4.02pm. Finally received my order 4.42pm. The staff confirmed the name again and found it at the collection area. He apologised and gave couple of free drinks but the Pizza was dried. Only one member staff on shift. He does everything him self. From stocking up the pantry, making pizza, packing and trying to communicate to customers. Fair play to him. The phone was ringing non stop but there’s no way he can answer it. Forget about the dirty floor due to bad weather. At least 2 member staff should be working on a shift.

I like they super tasty pizzas selection. Now I tried chocolate pizza for first time and it was tasty . Recommended for kids.

I've literally called the store to find out who made our takeaway today. The best domino's I've had in years!! Beautiful! Thanks Liam!
