Dunkin' - Kilgore

Located inside a gas station, Dunkin' Donuts may not seem like the ideal dining spot. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by some of the most impressive employees I've encountered. The food and atmosphere, on the other hand, were not perfect.

'Hot ' coffee served luke warm, 'fresh ' donuts were horribly stale. Furthermore, WTH is that smell? Are you people nose blind? That smell dirty kitchen food poisoning! Incredibly poorly managed. I love this truck stop, but will likely go elsewhere since I can no longer trust not getting sick at this restaurant.

The most horrible donuts I’ve ever tasted! People that work there are just going through the motions. Not a good place at all. I don’t rate it 3 stars! It comes up 3 because of 1 food 1 service and 1 atmosphere. I would give it 0 if it would let me.

Donuts are just okay. Kind of like store bought donuts. This location is understaffed and cannot handle rushes because of all the products they may have to produce. The staff is very friendly though and apologies for the long wait. They were working very hard and deserve 5 stars if I could give it to them. They were playing the radio pretty loud. Created more of a nightclub atmosphere than a donut shop.

Absolutely outraged at the service at this location. Every 6 months or so they have new people because their management clearly doesn't value them. I have come in multiple times in the past and seen workers in tears and hearing them being berated my management on the ear piece, the coffee was decent until their newest crew that is rude, forgot to ring up one of my drinks and ROLLED HER EYES when I asked to be rung up for the item that was forgotten. I took the other drinks out to the car, I ordered 6) and was promptly LOCKED OUT so that I could not reorder my forgotten drink. I hope Dunkin gets it together asap. This current service is absolute trash
