Vietnamese Cuisine - Kīhei

This restaurant is amazing! I can't believe how delicious the Vietnamese food is here on the island. There are no long lines and the service is super fast. We ordered four dishes and they were so good that we had to order three more. We left feeling super full and completely satisfied.

Ask for the waitress's recommendation! The menu might not look great, but the food is definitely worth trying.

We were really looking forward to the vermicelli dishes we had ordered, but what we received were not vermicelli, but incredibly thin spaghetti noodles. I understand that shortages may occur on an island like Maui, but in this situation, the restaurant should have notified us when we ordered so that we could have chosen something else. This was a complete waste of money for us and a huge disappointment.

I probably shouldn't judge a Vietnamese restaurant by their Pho...but I am. The broth needs a lot more flavor. Tastes like instant beef paste instead of boiling raw ingredients for a few hours. Also, lime wedges instead of lemon would also help. Just an opinion.

Pho taste so plain. Dont know how a person can open a restaurant with that kind of cooking skills. Other dishes weren't good either. Not recommended.
