Humble Market Kitchin Wailea - Kīhei

Went there on our honeymoon! They seated us outside to watch the gorgeous sunset. We had the most amazing sever whose recommendations did not disappoint! Try the Brussel sprouts

Pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed our experience at Humble Market. Being a hotel restaurant you never know what you 'll get. Our server was great! Knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and just great overall (sorry I didn 't get her name . I had the miso glazed butterfish (SO good! hubby had the potato crusted local fish which was a Mahi like local fish. So good!!!

Great happy hour food and drinks. The view is amazing! We sat at the bar and service was attentive and friendly.

We at breakfast here almost every morning and the serene view overlooking true paradise is forever engrained in my brain. Plus, the food selection from the buffet was appetizing as well. I only caught the corned beef hash one day, but I was longing for it after that first day. Unfortunately, it's one of those rotated menu items, so I wasn't there long enough to have it again. Nonetheless, you will not be disappointed by the food or friendly service!

Dined at HMK last year and had a good experience restaurant was move food and service were good. Was excited this year and dined at the restaurant last night with my family and was very disappointed. It started with the hostess very unfriendly. We had a salad with monchong (market fish). The salad was matted dried and presented terribly the fish was dried and not good. First thing that came to my mind is our dinner the night before at Cocanuts and lower end family restaurant was much better and a third of the cost. The server was not very personal had a time hard getting him back to our table to with our bill. The restaurant was not busy. Also, which I felt bad for our server he was sweating from his face while taking our order. Luckily he was not bringing out the food. This restaurant is very pricey and presents as a high end food establishment which it might have been when it opened but that is no longer the case They need to retrain their staff clean up their restaurant and relook at the back of the house cook staff sending out the food we received was unacceptable.
