Salmo - Khosta

I visited Cafe Salmo for lunch on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2024. The setting is fantastic, located right by the flowing river. The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. As a nice gesture, the restaurant gave me a New Year’s cookie as a gift. In return, I left a pin crafted from Finnish and Russian flags. Delicious cuisine and excellent wine, along with a view of a mountain river. The only downside is the location. However, if you're willing to travel far for an amazing Georgian menu and stunning views, this place is definitely for you!

The food is incredibly delicious, the fish is absolutely to die for! The service is excellent; the staff are so attentive that they can anticipate your needs with just a raise of an eyebrow. The location is fantastic, with a lovely terrace right by the river. I highly recommend it for large groups and couples alike—an unforgettable experience!

This is the best seafood restaurant I've ever been to. I've never tasted such delicious lightly salted and hot trout before, despite regularly visiting great restaurants in Moscow and Sochi. It simply melts in your mouth. The view is absolutely stunning. We will definitely come back for breakfast and more!

Шикарное месторасположение: на берегу реки, под кронами красивых деревьев, очень уютно и атмосферно! Прекрасная кухня, ВСЕ рыбные блюда свежайшие и очень вкусные! Уха божественная! Хачапури также прекрасен! Неоднократно бывал в этом ресторане и всегда оставался доволен
