Contribuiți la feedbackMy second visit and again great experience. I really like their open buffet offer. The first time we got offer for 125 sar for per person if I’m not mistaken. The second time we took 225 sar for per person. Obviously it was too much food at once. Plus salads and rolls before main course which make you feel full before you actually start your dinner, lol. You have to feel super hungry before going to this place. Pineapple after all barbecue was mouthwatering
My favorite restaurant in Eastern Province, you get what you paid for. Me and my partner always crave for their grilled meat and man they don't dissapoint the ambience is nice, the waiters plus they have some promos. Love coming back here.
It was a perfect place to celebrate special occassion! Happy and satisfied!
For Fairness, I will breakdown my review in different categories. Location: Good location, parking is not a problem. Restaurant Setup: The place looks a bit old and out of fashion, i was expecting more of a modern design. Service: Terrible, waiters are completely untrained and unprofessional. We were a group of 8, we sat at our table and got salads, and had to wait around 15mins until one of the waiters came to start serving BBQ. When I asked why is no one coming, the waiter unprofessionally responded “wait wait, go and sit and they will come”. There is a special cutlery they provide for you to hold the meat while they are serving, this was not given to everyone, i asked for it to be given to everyone and the response was rudely “we are busy today and we don’t have enough”, which is an extremely irrational unprofessional response for a restaurant charging SAR200/person. After 30 mins of eating, the waiters came and changed our plates, i guess this was the rude way of saying no more BBQ for you. One of the waiters came and asked me if i still want more meat, he asked which one, i told him just let the waiters pass by and i will chose (which is how the restaurant concept is), but it seems he was not happy with it at all. Price: Not value for money, they tell you they have 2 different types of menus serving different meats, but I didn’t see any special type of meat, I don’t think we were served more than 8 types but were still charged for 13. Food: Salads: Nice salad bar, full of different selections. BBQ: The meat was good, however the waiters were not generous, and when you asked to be served more meat they were not really happy. Dessert: Going to a Brazilian restaurant, i expected some different desserts. They served creme caramel, basic cakes, and Om Ali, which is extremely uncreative and they shouldn’t call themselves a Brazilian restaurant, but just a restaurant. I think this was my first and last time, and i would definitely take my team outings elsewhere.
I have enjoyed eating there. adequate buffet for appetizers and sides soup...etc, few regular desserts and ofcoarse the meat. they pass with the meat skewers and you get what you want. there are different types and ofcoarse no one will like all of them but you will definitely find something you like. my advice... take a little bite of every type to taste then ask for what you like. For me the brisket was the best I ever had.... my regards to the chef.... dear and lamb meat was good too. shrimp, and fish were not my taste. and don't forget the cinnamon pineapple....it's just amazing. couldn't get enough of it. the staff are freindly and polite. the downside is it's a bit expensive but you get your money worth if you are a carnivor. the main downside is the mens room .... too small for the size of the place, definitely needs upgrade. all in all it was a good experience and will probably repeat it more than once. also thanks to the social media guy./gal... I bombarded him/her with questions before I came and they were very nice
