Boss' Pizza Chicken - Keystone

This restaurant was exactly what we needed during our visit. Although it was close to closing time on 10/09/23, they graciously accepted our order along with two other last-minute guests. The owner, a burly man with a heart of gold, was incredibly genuine and more than willing to assist us. The space may be small, but it has plenty of tables, allowing customers to dine without feeling cramped. He was kind and generously topped our large round pepperoni pizza (with half of it onion) with mozzarella, cutting it up into small pieces for us to enjoy on the road. He was extremely respectful and seemed genuinely happy in his role. I will undoubtedly return on my next trip to South Dakota. The restaurant is a charming little spot nestled in a cozy plaza, exuding a warm and homely atmosphere.

We enjoyed some of the best fried and broasted chicken we've had in years—far surpassing Kentucky Fried and Popeyes. I also tried Chislic for the first time, and it was delightful, especially with the BBQ sauce on the side. I noticed that most customers were having pizza, which looked delicious. Plus, our waiter was kind enough to give us free refills on our sodas!

This is a great spot for pizza takeout. I found it quite expensive—$50 for a large and a medium gluten-free pizza, including the tip. I appreciated their gluten-free crust option for the medium size. For service, I rated it a solid 4 out of 5, and I’d say the same for the food. Overall, it’s a good dinner option, though the price per person lands around $20 to $30.

We were hungry, tired, and cold.. Had driven thirteen hours , Check into our hotel and we wanted to find something comfortable and affordable... We ordered a large pizza and it was absolutely delicious!! The waitress was friendly and the atmosphere is very comfortable..
