Frankie Benny's - Kettering

Service poor. pizzas tasteless. difficult in the restaurant. impossible to contact the main office either by email or the official complaining process. in comparison to other f b’s this unit is very bad.

Chose frankie and benny’s, as it was very practical, in the cinema on the same side. the service was fast and efficient and the food was pleasant.

Booked by operable.co.uk and at the arrival the restaurant knew nothing of our booking leaving a 9 year old disappointed about its birthday. prost.

The service was amazing, I can't blame it. I ordered the gluten-free menu and as our waitress confirms, the kitchen was it gluten-free I was very sick since. the food was average - it cost everything the same.

We visit Frankie Benny's fairly regularly, and are always fairly pleased with the service and food provided. Just lately, we have been having to wait for a table, and have noted that others seem to get seated prior to us for no apparent reason, so I chose to pre book a table in order to negate the wait I was totally unimpressed with the waste of time that Open Table were the booking wasn't known to F B's, and the entire thing was a waste of my time F B's GOOD, Open Table RUBBISH
