Burger King - Kettering

The female employee on the night shift at the Drive-thru on Tuesday night (8/2) was extremely friendly and pleasant. The food I received was amazing.

This Burger King location has major issues. When I attempted to have breakfast at 6:30 am, nearly 75% of the time, no one would attend to the drive-thru. I was completely ignored, with no one acknowledging my presence. I can understand if they were short-staffed, but at least say something! Additionally, when I tried to order the new cheesy melt breakfast, they informed me they were out of ice. After paying, I realized that the bread was not toasted and there was very little filling. I have decided to stop patronizing this place.

The staff at this restaurant was very rude. They should try to be more professional and polite. I understand that working in a busy restaurant can be stressful, but the management should be aware of any issues and provide support. It's disappointing to see employees who are so stressed that they are unpleasant to customers. It's important to remember that a bad day at work can affect someone's experience and overall satisfaction.

Was simply through the journey and was told. we have closed. it's funny. beautiful new building and they always send people away. I'm sorry it will take about 30 minutes before we can accept orders. 45 minutes later come back to say the same again. wow, only incredible service every time we go there. maybe set a better staff?

Refused service for asking to be allowed to finish my order. They got a real chip on their shoulder. good luck with this place 3/29/22 1:30 pm … some real McAssholes considering it’s burger king.
