I absolutely adore this restaurant. It has remained unchanged since it first opened in the 1970s. I have fond memories of coming here as a teenager. Grabbing a hot dog and sitting at the picnic tables in the sun after a morning of skiing - what's not to love? SunValley is not as crowded as other Western resorts with people taking photos for Instagram everywhere. The lodges are upscale, but this little hidden gem is a welcome break from the fancy restaurants serving foie gras in the valley. I may be exaggerating, as it is truly beautiful here and well worth a visit. I recommend trying the original hot dog with all the toppings for a delicious afternoon snack or light lunch. And it even comes with chips! Don't forget to try the cookies - they are also delicious.
