Pizza Hut - Keswick

Panzo's offers great food at reasonable prices. The wings are tasty, and the plant-based chicken sandwich is also quite good. Overall, it's a solid spot for a meal, and the staff is friendly. However, the seating is quite uncomfortable, which is a downside.

The wings here are definitely among the top three in town and they exceed all expectations in terms of flavor. The prices for the wings are reasonable, but I can’t recommend the pizza; it was just average the last time I tried it, which was a while ago. However, the funnel cake fries are delightful! If you’re ordering for delivery, I suggest avoiding DoorDash as they charge higher prices. The staff is friendly, though. One of the standout offerings is the Mango Inferno sauce, which is truly one of the best in town!

The staff here are fantastic! I visit this place whenever I want to order pizza, and they always remember my order.

This was hands down the best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve ever had! They included the extra sauce I requested, the toppings were incredibly generous, and it was baked to perfection. Plus, it was served with a smile. What more could you want? When I saw the pizza, I had to go back inside to compliment the chef. She truly appreciated the recognition.

DO NOT ORDER PREPAID DELIVERIES! Terrible service! I placed a prepaid delivery order and, despite having two cameras—one at the door and one on the driveway—the driver did not ring the bell or knock. Instead, he threw the pizza on the ground in front of the door and left! Seriously, how difficult is it to ring a bell? We provided our phone number, so why couldn't he just call? When I contacted Pizza Hut to express my complaint, they refused to help—no credit, no offer to remake the pizzas that had been sitting outside for over 20 minutes, absolutely nothing. I will never order from here again.
