Barnhouse Pub - Keswick

After a bit of hiking in the area, we decided to stop by this restaurant. It was incredibly clean and well-organized. Our server, a friendly man, attended to us promptly. I ordered the poutine wrap with a side Caesar salad. The wrap consisted of hand-cut fresh fries, hamburger, bacon, cheese, and gravy, all wrapped in a grilled flour tortilla. The taste was outstanding. The Caesar dressing had a pleasant kick to it, and I suspect the croutons were homemade. I highly recommend trying this dish!

My family and I went to this restaurant to celebrate the end of another school year. There were about seven of us in our group. Overall, we were not very impressed. The chicken wings were extremely salty and almost inedible. This was disappointing because the restaurant is known for this dish. Despite the poor food quality, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Others in my group enjoyed their meals.

Order the Sunday night daily special of 2 for can dine $14.99 fish and chips. They offer regular fries or home cut. The meal was reasonably priced, service was fast and food was good.

This is at the junction of 105 and 104 somewhat near Mactaquac Dam. Pool tables, sports tvs, small bar. Very casual. Booths or tables. Moderate selection. Breakfast all day. It seems very oriented to local clientele.We had a burger and a club sandwich. This was my first time dining at this restaurant. The chicken sandwich was excellent and I enjoyed the nice atmosphere and attentive service.
