Peetri Pizza - Kesklinna

For the first time I encountered such a feeling, they came to order pizza, there was a large man behind the counter, I couldn’t find on the menu the pizza that I had previously ordered elsewhere because I didn’t remember the name, I turned to him in Russian asking for help, he answered rudely it was written on his face in Estonian that he didn’t like the fact that I was speaking in Russian Now I don’t want to go back there again to see that dissatisfied face

I had a disappointing experience at Petri Pizza. While the pizza itself was okay, the service was nothing short of pathetic. I ordered a Vegetable pizza with a thick crust, but they made it with a thin crust, which I explicitly mentioned I didn't like. When I brought this up with the person in the kitchen (some big guy), he reacted with anger, tossed the incorrect pizza inside, and began making a new one with loud, frustrated noises. When the new pizza was ready, he tossed it on the counter with arrogance and told me to take it. This kind of treatment of customers is unacceptable. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with the service at Petri Pizza and would not recommend this place to anyone. Vegetarian options: Only one option for vegetarians.

I arrived at 21:45 and the door was closed. You could call. My number was written when ordering. I ran out of pizza and money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I used to go often, the first time I came with my girlfriend, then I came alone and only took tea. Today was the last time and I took only tea. I went to a small toilet with no mirror which is quite significant for women.. I rinsed my face and some splashes fell on the floor. The pizzeria worker made a tragedy out of it started cursing with rude words, like devils, they are fed up with it, they are building a pool here and the like... He stopped only after the visitors arrived. Draw your own conclusions.
