Authentic italian place! Good wine and food, super friendly and nice owner

At the end of August, they took a walk on Tallinn and accidentally ran into this chamovatte and pushing place. There was nothing on the open robe, we sat at the table to look at the map of the city and figure out where else to go, the waiter of this junkie came up and asked what we're gonna order, and I said politely that nothing, we just need to sit on a little bit, that the waiter demanded to leave if we didn't order anything, gesture that we need to get up. Extremely repulsive behavior, I didn't meet this in any other European country, even at the peak hours, let alone an empty institution.
