WORST WORST METAL Peice from scrubber IN FOOD I like to share the restaurent experience with Chi Ulemiste, where i found a metal pience from metal scrubber) in my food, we me and my friend) immidiatly informed to restaurent staff, and they cleaverly took the piece with sorry behavior just to take the piece away) and appologies behavior and offering if we can replace the food and all in short they distracted by conversaiton, and offering you dont have to pay for this. meanwhile the internal staff came and trying to cover of the topic, this is normal and it could happen while washing the utensils, or something could be left behind , and when i asked will you highlight this to owner) the reply was what to highlight ? we decided to move out from there and went to pay on cash counter and the satff lady who took the piece away from us turn face into aggrasive behavior with comment sorry but you have to pay all, just to avoid any conflict we paid and left the resturent. but noticed on thier face no regret and sorry, i hope its not very common attitude in restaurent industry here in tallinn.
Friendly service. There were quite a few customers in the restaurant and because of this we had to wait a bit to pick up the order. The food was very good, not mind-blowing, but very tasty. A really good place to eat when visiting the shopping center. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
We ordered biryani and it was nice. So I would recommend for those like Indian food. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
We came with a young man to a restaurant in Ülemiste. A waitress from Ukraine an Estonian waitress, having heard that we were speaking Russian, simply began to ignore us (we are both citizens of Estonia, were born here and have lived here all our lives). We had to call an Asian waiter almost across the hall, who served us with a smile (the star is purely for him, it would have been just zero) If you play too hard, people will stop coming to you.
