Y.o. Ranch Saloon - Kerrville

This place has large rooms, meeting room, restaurant, business center, pool, and lots of other amenities!Great place!!!Never saw the large rooms, business center, restaurant, and lots of other amenities!Did see the pool, nice enough!Rooms: Rooms are very large and nice!Nearby activities: Close to restaurants, other towns, river, etc.Safety: Seemed to be safe!

Room needs some improvement. The staff at the bar has a really bad attitude and they need training preparing drinks. Old fashion drink and Manhattan drinks were terrible. They know the basics in drinks. Did not try the restaurant.

Pros: The entrance of the hotel was impressive, restaurant had good food, close to the prayer garden, and the whole place was very clean. It was very reasonably priced.Cons: There is a strong, old, musty smell throughout the whole place. My room didn't look as updated as the photo on the website. The bathroom needs some updating.

The YO has always gone above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Eve been staying here for 5 years now and every year they make sure we feel welcome. If there is a problem they address it immediately. If you need suggestions, they got em. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Kerrville area.

Steaks were great but they need to put something in their place to catch the flies coming into the restaurant.
