Starbucks - Kerrville

I gave the service at this restaurant 4 stars, primarily because Starbucks should consider putting a roof over the intercom where orders are taken. When it rains, customers' cars get wet inside if their windows are down, potentially causing electrical damage. Despite requests to wait a bit, I spent over 5 minutes with my window down in the rain. Starbucks, please address this issue for the benefit of your loyal customers. Thank you. Parking was easy.

On a recent Sunday evening at 6:30 pm, I drove up to the drive-thru and was the third car in line to order. A young man walked past my car and up to the menu/speaker board, but had to wait for the car ahead of me to move before he could put up a notice that the restaurant was closing. I waited patiently for him to do this and then moved forward when he cleared the area. Unfortunately, he did not acknowledge my presence and closed the drive-thru without considering that I had been waiting for almost 5 minutes. This lack of customer service was disappointing.

I visited the restaurant today to buy their clear smoothie container. That's what I use it for and I absolutely love it!

Tried getting some employees attention and was ignored despite no customers in the store.

Always my favorite coffee shop. We ordered the cafe breve recently. Very delicious.
