Panera Bread - Kernersville

(Panera Bread, South Main St, Kernersville,NC). Always love to stop it here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone has to fix a bagel. This is a great place to fix it.

I put an order on Doordash for soup because I don't feel good. I ordered a cup of broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl and a separate bowl of chicken noodle soup. The Broccoli-Cochdar soup was cured and completely inedible. I didn't get a complete bowl of chicken noodle soup, but that's okay because it looked old and tasted. I won't try this restaurant again soon. It is clear from many current reviews that this location Panera needs some help. Perhaps the company should find out why to enable the management of such terrible product for paying customers.

Had to make a big team order and asked if it was manageable. we're the one that's going forward and we gave them more than 24 hours. they refused to make our order and inform us 2 hours before our bus. had to make other lunch schedules on the street a game.

Had a catering order for a party of 30. Spoke to General Manager 2 days before. Then in our custom order I sent both the GM and the store in the night before. When I called the payment next morning, the store said they couldn't fulfill our order. You could see the order I sent in the store email, but no one checked it. This is while I'm in a bus of 4.5 hours away. I then called the next Panera and this store actually worked to ensure that my party of 30 was fed with 2 hours hint. The location Kernersville said that a party of 30 was impossible with 2 hours notice, even if I sent the night before during the operating hours in the order.

I got a smokehouse bbq chicken sandwhich ani bit into it and the chicken is literally pink and not cooked. I would leave no stars if I could. That?s so disgusting
