KFC Store # J120065 - Kernersville

Awful. They pretended the right hand didn't know what the left hand did. My food was cold, even if I don't live far from the store. They gave me an original entrance. The worst thing I've ever eaten at a KFC. My husband's offers were more bread than chickens. The waiting period was terrible. A Lord came in and asked me how long I had waited. I told him at least 15-20 minutes. I said you might come to dinner and stay for breakfast. He went soon after.

Very nice and polite. They were very busy waiting for a while.

This place is at the top. the current employees were great. we stopped going here for some time. but now wew. sleeps the great work damen and herren.

Love KFC, but there were only 2 people. You have to pay more.

There weren't many in the drive-thru and I was asked to pull around and wait on French Fries. They were cold when she did finally bring them out. Lady in charge of the drive-thru wasn't very friendly and she was the same one that brought my food out. Saving grace was that the Classic Chicken Sandwich was delicious.
