Denny's - Kernersville

The first time we're here, and the last time. the personal was not very pleasant. they had all been sitting in the round one above the other and only the half of the restaurant used to sit. seats are all torn. the place where we sat was very dirty as if they didn't clean the tables after someone let them clean as the people arrive. very disgusting. they could not make smoothies or milkshakes and did not even know if they could make a limonade. if I were a 0.

The staff was friendly, eating was decent, the dining room was clean. as if half of the menu was not available due to lack of availability. we ordered quite simple escapes and they were not busy, but it took a while to get. Sweet tee wasn't very sweet.

I wanted to try to eat a dinner, but unfortunately because of a lack of personnel it's all good, I understand. The boss/manager welcomed us and let us know that it only took out. We searched the menu for a while and she made recommendations and suggested some of the top sales items. I'm terrible with name, I really wish I could remember her name just to give her the recognition she deserves. The food was delicious, will definitely return.

Edit: I am not the only person with the same issue with delivery problems You hardly get your order (at least every time I have made a delivery order). I'm giving an outbreak? before I try to reorder them, maybe they will get it right, maybe there are new employees? I guess it's because I used to love Denny in college, but honestly, I won't order here again. I don't have to worry all the time when I get what I paid or if it's gonna be a secret. I understand that they have stress, but reading is fundamental to everything in life. It shouldn't be so hard to do it right. Don?t delivery here, your better off order from another place nearby.

I visited this Dennys which is located off the busy South Main Street in Kernersville. It was fairly empty when I arrived around 8:45 a.m but once the clock hit 9.....patrons started pouring in. I know for sure this is one of the places which is suffering from shortage of staff cause it took forever for our food to be delivered. But our waitress was phenomenal carrying a smile on her face all the time. As soon as you walk in, someone will seat you at your table and a host will take your order. I ordered a skillet and some eggs with bacon. Unfortunately all the food came pretty lukewarm and I really didn't enjoy it. The ambience is pretty good and there is plenty of parking available. If the parking gets full, you can park in the next store as this building is located closely together with other businesses and all parking lots are connected to each other.
