Biscuitville - Kernersville

Ordered spam biscuit with hashbrown. Our family also ordered steak biscuit and gravy, spicy chicken and honey biscuit and fried chicken biscuit. Also ordered mixed berry hand pie, cinnamon roll and strawberry muffin. Our favorite was the steak biscuit dipped in gravy and the spamtastic biscuit. The fried chicken patties were a little thin. The cinnamon roll was really good. The muffin was tasteless and the hand pie was disappointing. It was disappointing because the pies were soggy. The fries were excellent, nice and hot! We also ordered 2 peach and 1 strawberry sodas. They were VERY good! The service was fantastic, very competent and friendly. All of our large order was in the bag with napkins and utensils. I would definitely visit this location again! Overall a nice visit!

Best fast food breakfast I've ever had! We came up to North Carolina from Florida for a concert and found this fabulous chain, where they make fresh biscuits all day. They also have unique offerings like Spam biscuits and berry hand pies. NOT low calorie or low carb but utterly delicious!

I'm still unsure about the food, but the service was disappointing. I placed my order and paid, and then they left me waiting in the parking lot without any communication. There were three other cars there already waiting for their food as well, but the place was far from busy; in fact, we were the only three customers. After my food was finally brought out, I had to chase down the server because she didn't ask if I wanted any condiments or my straw, which could have easily been avoided had they just checked in with me.

On September 21, 2022, I visited the Biscuitville in Kernersville, NC for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The eggs were cold, the shredded cheese on top was unmelted, and the grits were lumpy and lukewarm. The only redeeming aspect of my meal was my cookie, which was warm and delicious. I was baffled by this experience, as I usually go through the drive-thru around 5:30 and find everything to be fantastic. I'm not sure if they've changed staff or what, but I definitely won't be returning. Additionally, I ordered one of my favorite items, a cinnamon roll, but when I opened it, it was as hard as a rock! I had to stop on my way out to request a fresh one. I'm not usually someone to complain, but I couldn't leave without my cinnamon roll. From now on, I'll be making the trip back to the Biscuitville on West Market Street in Greensboro.

What’s the point of asking for my name if you’re not going to use it and end up giving me the wrong order? I realize it’s my fault for not checking my bag before leaving—especially since I saw someone dressed up to return their order. I ended up with someone else’s food and asked about a survey, but I wasn’t informed on how to access it, so I had to Google it. I paid $10 for an order, and none of it was what I actually ordered or even anything I would eat. This place used to be reliable, but it’s really fallen short lately.
