Fantastic cocktails, friendly staff, quiet location. Was most nights this week, the bitter melon negroni is excellent. The barman makes his own hazelnut worm for it. I would like to know what bitter melon liqueur they use. I have to repeat this at home! Paxos is the most beautiful place.
