Mcdonald's - Keokuk

The food at McDonald's was delicious and served hot. Although the dining area could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, my overall experience was very good.

The employees were behind the counter eating ice cream and leaning on the counter. This occurred at 10:30.

The staff was seen eating ice cream and leaning on the counter behind the counter at 10:30 am.

Food was fine for fast food but sitting in line for 10 minutes and waiting for my food for 10 minutes after I paid is unacceptable. People have time restrictions on their lunch break. Will know not to go there now.

Food was ok, dining area was dirty not one clean table. Cashier had his fingers in his mouth biting his nails or something and then picking up the drink cups with his dirty fingers inside the cups. Disgusting and gross.
