Mod Pizza - Kentwood

I had a coupon for a free pizza, so I decided to go to this restaurant as a last-minute option. The dough is vegan, and most of the toppings are vegan as well, including Daiya cheese and a variety of veggies.

I was disappointed that they didn't put extra glaze on my pizza, even though I asked for it. It really ruined my mood for the entire night, as that was the only part of the pizza I was looking forward to.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The medium-sized pizza was perfect for one person, but could easily be shared by two. I appreciate that the pricing is based on the size of the pizza rather than the toppings, allowing for the possibility to try various combinations without overspending. The crust was thin, crispy, and chewy, giving it the delicious taste of homemade pizza. I also tried one of their unnamed cakes and it was absolutely delicious.

I have never visited this restaurant before, but it is like the subway for pizza. The atmosphere seemed charming until we entered and it was extremely hot inside, about 100 degrees. The pizza maker informed us that the air conditioner had broken down, despite the fact that it was 91 degrees outside with 87% humidity. It was disappointing that we were not offered a discount for the inconvenience caused by the lack of air conditioning. Overall, it was a terrible first experience.

This is the best mod pizza I have ever been to! Jess and Ayana's energy and enthusiasm were contagious : they made great pizzas! I had a wonderful experience here. It was clean and a great place for a quick bite to eat. I'd highly recommend making it your next stop ?
