Little Caesars Pizza - Kentwood

I have two paprika pizzas and brotsticks. it was hot freshly prepared, literally a godsend for my family and I after a big day lol. I was very impressed because most small caesars went to the time of the day we have stale tasting pizza. I have exceeded my expectations.

If I have learned something, it is that if you order the pizza right morning is perfect, but close to dinner sometimes his hit n' miss to see if the pizza is cooked completely inside or if it gives me the wrong brownie taste (last Wednesday). other than that, we love this place and no matter what, will come again and again.

I don't know who worked at 430 a.m. today, but I've been here for many years and it's always okay, but today was probably the best I ever had at a small caesar. I don't know what was done differently, but whatever it was to keep the good work!

Since the younger male manager has taken over this location, it is gone to shhht they close all the time early, the staff is extremely rude for customers, I had a dame employee screaming me when I asked for a fresh pizza, while the manager next to her was he never once asked to leave her or not to speak to a customer on this wise. tonight I waited for 15 minutes on a pizza as soon as we have come home, I open the box and the pizza is literally cold and not even cooked all the way? they do something with the teig to make it more like a pizza from pizza hut it is disgusting breadsticks are just barely seasonal on them I will no longer come to this place I will get out of my way to eat at least 60

Placed a pick up order for 5:45, arrived alexacyly at 5:45 and had to wait 30 min for cheese bread that was “still in the oven” then they told me I was late for my order. There was no rush to get my food to me and it sat an additional 5 min behind the counter before someone handed it to me. This location has the worst service I’ve ever seen.
