Tim Hortons - Kentville

Never enough staff put on for rush times, and always running out of ingredients for orders...stood for my order and staff had to come out numerous times to inform customers that they had run out of stuff in back... eg.. chicken salad, feta cheese.. etcc...

The wrap I ordered tasted ok but the wait to get the food was long. I thought Tims was priding itself on quicker service. Not here.

The service in the drive thru was a little slack and the speaker was unclear, our service was fairly fast and our order was correct but the speaker didn't seem to know what they were or was maybe having an off day. Otherwise it was a good visit

The food at Tim Hortons I find is the same at every shop. It's the service that is different. After waiting in drive thru I came up to the ordering menu. Requesting what I wanted when I was done I was asked "is that all" I responded yes so I could get my total. She must not have heard my reply as she very rudely and angrily spoke into the mic "Are you done yet!?" I was shocked and quickly said yes. Pulling up to the window I quickly paid and was off. I have since not returned.

Slowest Tim's I've ever been to. Debit rarely works and most things you order aren't available. Waited in line for 15 mins (stuck because once you're in your in there's no way out) only to find out that their debit was down.
