Monical's Pizza - Kentland

Canceled order! After waiting 90 minutes, (30 minutes after the estimated delivery time), we received a call from the restaurant asking if we wanted garlic butter on our bread sticks because? Well they already did it. But 30 minutes after THAT we called andthey said it would be still another hour because the delivery driver was out. They deliver according to location NOT order time.NEVER AGAIN!

Nothing memorable here. Mozzarella sticks were nasty. Bread sticks did not have good flavor. Pizza is thin crust and decent. This place needs some help.

Stopped to pick up pizza for 5 hr road trip home, and they have the best customer service out of any of the Monicals? pizza I have been to. Highly recommend going

The food was great! The veggie pizza is my favorite ????. They took our order but never told us how long it was going to be. We waited in the lobby and after awhile I just asked and it was done. I don't know for how long but it was still warm. Thebreadsticks aren't very good. They don't have alot of flavor. We didn't eat all of them. The sauce turned sour the next day. Idon't know what is up with that. Other than that it was good.

We were there to celebrate Mom's 85th birthday and they had everything set up and ready. The service was ???? We love Monicals Thanks for everything
