The Golden Steer Steak 'n Rib House

I have always been happy with the food and drinks I get here. Everyone is nice and helpful and the owners are truly part of the community. I always run into them at functions for the city, either donating their food or their time. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

My husband and I have not been quite a few years. We went to breakfast last week and although everything was taken care of and apologies were given, we were flabbergasted that the eggs were completely undercooked and then honestly the replacement were burned.How can someone not know what medium well eggs are? Just a thought you might want to consider having the cooks learn how to steam eggs rather than fry them. They come out perfectly and they 're not burned at all or any crunchy ends. Went back for dinner tonight really looking forward to the turkey. My husband and I shared and asked for extra potatoes.The server probably should have been able to tell us that half the plate is potatoes?? Considering how little there was of everything else you are obviously trying to make a $24 turkey dinner look like it was a lot more than it actually was. Half a plate of potatoes is not it.Considering you don 't make the turkey fresh in-house (you can tell that it 's deli for the price you 're charging you should give someone twice as much turkey.We love stuffing. But they gave us maybe four bites? It was completely mushy. The overall taste was fine. But completely overcooked.The positive points are you got a great variety, perfect iced tea. Some of the desserts look wonderful.I 'm not trying to be a negative Nelly I 'm just being honest. We 'll probably give breakfast another try before we decide for certain. We come from quite a distance so we really were hoping tonight 's dinner would have been better.But quite honestly, between the breakfast and the lackluster turkey dinner today? We 're really not sure.

What a nice place to enjoy like a million different food choices. From breakfast to last night snacks, Golden Steer has it all. Food is well prepared. Nothing fancy just good! Our steaks weee cooked to perfection and the nachos with pulled pork melted in your mouth.

First I'd like to say the food was hot and amazing. My husband and I ordered breakfast combo's #4 #6. The food was fresh and hot. Our server Iridian was short of amazing!!!! She was very attentive. Iridian checked on us constantly..very good service. We will be back!!! THANKS for making us feel welcomed.-Mr and Mrs. Wilson

Came here after a memorial at Tahoma cemetery with a large family group. We took up the whole back room. I can't say enough about our waiter. Friendly, efficient, funny, attentive. Food was correct and delicious. Thank you for ending our ceremony with great atmosphere, service, and food. I will come here again if ever in the area. Prime rib was awesome.
