Taco Time Nw - Kent

Paid over $18 for a large beef soft burrito meal. Never going to another Taco Time ever again thanks to this location. I can get a meal at the Ram for less than this.

Good fast food but way too expensive. Sterile atmosphere.

Went to try to have lunch there. Sign said due to COVID no inside seating. I left. Come on TT open for inside dining, having to go through drive through is a terrible customer experience to some. If you are changing your biz model because it is cheaper, say so, don't use COVID as an excuse.

Very pleasant; quick service; food packaged attractively; food non-greasy !! A pleasure !! A definite go-to !!

Ordered over $30 in food in the drive-thru. When I got home I saw they forgot half my order. I had to drive back to get the rest of my food. When I asked the manager to remake my whole order, because it would be 20 mins old when I got home...she said she wouldn't...because I didn't bring the food back to exchange it. She lost two good customers, because she wouldn't just make their mistake right.
