The food is absolutely delicious! The service was incredibly friendly, and the dining area is clean and modern. My only minor complaint is that the bread didn't quite meet my expectations. I recommend opting for the pretzel roll instead of the classic bread if you order a sandwich. It can be a bit on the pricey side—around $9 for a sandwich, not including drinks or chips. If you add those and maybe a cookie or Cinnabon, you're looking at about $15 per person. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

I hadn't enjoyed this delicious sandwich in over a decade, ever since the Redmond and Issaquah locations closed. On this visit, I ordered the original, and it was just as tasty as I remembered. The bread was perfect! The customer service was also excellent.

I ordered the Sicilian sandwich on Chibatta. Tons of meat and lots of flavor. Also had salt and vinegar chips and a southern sweet tea. Service was super fast and the food was amazing! My first time here and won't be my last.

It's everything I remembered from the last time I ate there, which was unfortunately for me, over a decade ago. The sandwiches are top-notch and my daughter loved the pizza (especially the crust. She wanted me to point that out specifically). I'll definitely be coming back.
