Pizza Hut - Kent

The first bite of the food had a strange taste and I became ill within a few minutes. My child experienced severe stomach problems the next morning. I still have most of the pizza left in the box the following day.

When I arrived, my pizza was hot and ready. The customer service was excellent as well.

I really enjoy Pizza Hut; their pizza tastes delicious and I frequently order from there.

It was stated that my delivery time was to be 30 to 35 minutes. It was passed to a 3rd party, door dash, which ended up being an hour. I paid $70 for 2 medium pizzas with delivery fee and 18% tip. I work as a food service manager and understand cost calculation. However, that is quite the profit margin to then receive cold pizzas. I received an order just the week before and, though the cost was high, I received a much better, higher quality, HOT product.

I would like my pizza replaced it came warm no sauce and little cheese my sodas was hotter then the pizza I’m editing to say I have emailed them as the asked me to, I will come back to let y’all know what they have said or done to rectify what happened.
