Pizza Hut - Kent

I had a wonderful experience! The kids were happy and well-fed, and our server was incredible, managing everything by themselves! There were no issues at all!

Brimfield pizza hut is a disappointment went there 4 hours before close and they had the inside locked an closed, couldn't even enjoy the inside scenery

Delivery was good. Received the order on time. Just curious as to why we had 2 Diablo sauce packets in both of the foldover boxes??

The service and food were both exceptional. I really appreciated the classic ambiance of the Pizza Hut.

If I'm writing a review, it's usually either going to be a one-star or a five-star experience. Unfortunately, this location earns a one-star rating. The food is what you'd expect, and I do enjoy their pizza—if you can actually get it. My experience began with using their online app, which promised delivery in 30 minutes. However, after waiting 50 minutes, I called and learned that they use Uber Eats for delivery and had no control over timing. I decided to go in for pickup instead. When I arrived, my order hadn’t even been started, and now it had been over an hour since I placed it. I requested a refund, but they told me they couldn’t provide one. After a ten-minute discussion, primarily focused on how frustrating this situation was, I left empty-handed and without a refund. Thankfully, I disputed the $48 charge with my credit card company and received a full refund. Additionally, I contacted Pizza Hut’s corporate office, and they confirmed that the location was wrong for not issuing me a credit.
