Great Customer Service at this location. Dani and Daja were fantastic. Friendly, welcoming, accommodating, helpful, fast, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond in ensuring a great guest experience. Loved my smoothie as well as the opportunity to taste another flavor. Great location, easy in and out, free parking, walk to Kent Station for Sounder or buses.

We went around lunch so it was pretty busy. I got the 'Supreme green ' or something like that didn 't really like my order, but that 's just personal preference.. I think I prefer emerald city to this, but I 'm open to trying more drinks on their menu. Edit Thanks for the response and I will visit again. I would also like to add that the staff is great and busted out drinks quickly and accurately despite it being fairly busy.

Quick, good, and appears clean. They do have 2 queues, one for ordering and 1 for pick up. Ordering is standard, but theres no clear place to wait for pick up so it can look quite hectic even at low volume. Would be 5 stars if they added a 'Wait for order here! ' sign so it isn 't so disorienting.

Great customer service when the employees are out in the front. We personally have never had a problem but just now a nice gentalmen was waiting for a good 5 or so minutes for someone to come help him. Other then that it is a enjoyable experiance in a great location.
