I opted for a Polar Pie instead of the usual birthday cake, and wow, what an amazing choice! The service was excellent as well.

The service was very disappointing. I've been here before, which is why I’m giving it a two-star rating instead of just one. I ordered a banana split because it looked so tempting in the photo. I thought, "Maybe I'll just go for all vanilla with hot fudge. With whipped cream and a cherry on top, it should be delicious!" However, what I received was a letdown. Somehow, this dessert shop had run out of hot fudge—which is like a hardware store running out of tools or lumber. I asked to substitute it with chocolate syrup instead, but they only drizzled a single pump of chocolate over all three scoops, and that was it. I really don’t want to come back again. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Below are the comparisons between how it was supposed to look and how it actually looked.

Whatever you do don't order from this place through door dash. This experience was in no way the dashers fault. So our original order was for four different items. Baskin Robbins substituted am item without asking us and gave us something we would never order because we don't like it. On top of that they have the dasher a sealed bag (which is good) but it was missing one of the items as well. So we got on with dasher support and they refunded us so we could reorder our missing and wrong item..... So order #2. The original item that was substituted without permission is being shipped with the other item that was missing.... But the missing item was being substituted by Baskin Robbins for something of their choosing. Very disappointed. If you need to substitute something let the dasher know. They can get a hold of the customer to find out what substitutions are acceptable, not just a random thing BR says you're going to get wether you like it or not..

My favorite flavor is chocolate chip, and I also tried the nutty coconut. The service was excellent.

The waiting times were awful, and the service was incredibly slow. I felt like my time was wasted. It was very inefficient, with only two mixers and just one staff member working.
