Nando's - Kensington and Chelsea

I am disappointed with this food. the portion is small, and paying £10 for a sandwich with a piece of chicken, a tomato and a leaf of lettuce is too much. the bread was hard and not tasty... moreover, when I looked at the photo there were chips and salad but I got my food without it... this is the bottom this is some kind of joke. here only the name comes from caesar salad. when you want to order a salad, you only get lettuce leaves, croutons and sauce! Do you even know what a caesar salad should look like??? when you want to add chicken or something else, you pay twice the price, or maybe even more... complete disappointment...

Went here for a meal with my friends during peak time, still received absolutely wonderful service from Rafael, he was amazing. probably the best service i've ever received, will definitely be back :

A large and very popular Nando's in Westfield Stratford. Even on a weekday seemed always a queue, but moving reasonably. Our experience was alright, seated fairly quickly, choice given subject to availability, and food came reasonably quickly. Our only complaint was that the MacCheese was a bit dry. For me, it's a bit noisy. The staff were very friendly.

We went for dinner yesterday and Rafael provided amazing customer service and good vibes! Thank you Rafa we will be coming back soon
