Caffe Nero Notting Hill

Love Caffè Nero but the servers in this branch need to come the heck down, and stick to their job! Getting a hot drink shouldn’t be the end of the world, but every time I get a lukewarm one, for £3.20! Place is often dirty, too. And the attitude of some of the staff is a bit arrogant at times. Especially when they are serving people in the morning. Don’t even answer a greeting! Nice!...

Mmmm yum!!!...they have a wide selection of flavors too add to the coffee, great staff and a quick service.

Had a short wait before a business meeting so popped in for a coffee, found it to be a very busy coffee shop, great service with the usual cakes etc. The cafe was buzzing inside and out, very good location to sit down and watch the world go by.

Early in the morning coffee is the only thing on my mind... Went there today with my colleague. We ordered 2 double macchiato, as always, one with more milk, one with less. Women who works there poured us cold milk (I couldn't believe?! and asked us to pay more for extra drop of milk in one cup (and less in other! We have coffee in Nero regularly and nobody ever done that. We left pound extra for the milk and left place even we was supposed to have coffee in and payed for that as well. We just couldn't enjoy being there any more. Good thing is, we discovered EAT next door! Compering to Nero, Eat is spacious, nice atmosphere, excellent service. There is also lovely upper floor with big windows! NEVER AGAIN IN THIS NERO!

Good coffee just outside the Notting Hill Tube station. Service was quick and professional. A decent selection of baked goods as well.
