Gino's - KENOVA

I guess you would say the waiter at the window jokes and memories where made a trully, deserved 5 stars

We love Gino's and eat there often. The wings are the BEST around!!

When we went in there was 1 couple there. All the tables had been cleared but not cleaned. We had to wipe glass droplets, salt and gunk off of our table before sitting down. The waitress ? came out to ask what we wanted. We asked for a menu since this was our first time there and gave her our drink order. A simple water and a Pepsi. She was gone a few, then came out with the menus, said she had forgotten our drinks, what did we want again? She finally came back out with our drinks after sticking her head out the door and asking what the order was again, and we placed our food order. She treated other customers the same way. Never wiped off a table either. Commented at one point that she’d been there 8 years. Finally got the check, tipped her half what we normally would and debated on leaving nothing. When checking out we complained about the service and was told they had complained to the manager many times about her and nothing was ever done. Food was good, service the worst we’ve ever had!

Never leave reviews but you Food was awful! Cheese breadsticks were nasty, the Italian sub was cold the cheese wasn't even melted.
