McDonald's Restaurant - Kenosha

I think McDonald's has lost their minds, it's always been in my book a treat once in awhile, my son has 6 beautiful children do you think they'll ever afford a treat at their rates these days ? NO along with alot of other children ? they need to lower prices and not just them ? during the pandemic it would have been called price gouging ? maybe it still is?

The Soda, Cafè and some ice-creams were all broken! Just burgers and water!

Wow. I am no stranger to McDonald 's. I spend a good amount of time on the road so I spend a fair bit of time at the Golden arches over the years. This McDonald 's is by far the worst food, Service and overall experience I have had in a while. I am not a fan of the no refills policy. Using covid as an excuse to be a cheapskate is a whole new level of petty. The Big Mac I ordered was poorly assembled and cold. The fries were cold and soggy. While I was waiting for our last item, a smoothie, another employee asked what I was waiting on, I said a smoothie, so she asked the employee who was making it if it was ready. The employee snapped back rudely it 's coming! . Afyer this experience, I will never return to ANY McDonald 's location as long as I live. I have given these places way too many chances

Everything about this place is garbage especially the heavy set Mexican with glasses the man can't even think straight had nerve to raise his voice I raise mines he picks up phone calls police lol ?

Went here to pick up a doordash order at 445pm and the sign on door said lobby closed. We had to wait in the doordash line to get the order for the customer. Why??!!
