Mcdonald's - Kenosha

They have a sign advertising the McRib. Asked and was told it was here and gone.

Order drive thru, because app wasn't working. Ordered kids meal asked specifically for the apples with it. Instead charged for adult meal, no apples and manager wouldn't even admit a mistake was made or give apples or kiddos toy. And adult fries was not even half filled.

Placed a mobile order for a hot chocolate and a iced latte, the lobby was not busy as I saw only three tables with customers, one person placed an order at the counter. After taking his order the crew member did nothing but walk behind who I assume was the manager with her finger nail in her mouth. Other than that there was one gentleman picking up a door dash order. It took far to long.

Two tries to get my order right.....and they still screw it up!

I am giving this McDonald's a 5-star rating in comparison to other McDonald's in town. Our family usually places a large order, and this particular McDonald's always gets it right. The kids always want to come to THIS McDonald's because the food is consistently hot and the fries are the best.
